Introduction
The 2 days Faculty Development Program was a remarkable event held on 10-07-2025 and 11-07-2025 at BIHER Auditorium. The event was organized by Dr.S.Rosline Nesakumari, Professor, Department of CSE.

Event Session 1
The professor Dr.R.Raghavan, Superannuated Professor,IIT Kanpur, delivered an insightful and engaging speech on learning theories, advanced teaching methods, and learning styles. Event Session 2
The Senior HR Manager, Corporate trainer and crew chief Mr.Sanjeev Arumugam delivered a highly impactful speech on learning styles and student-centered learning, tailored specifically for faculty development.
